SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from the United States.

 

US Shipping : Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Butler Hill & Co accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt, for store credit. Please contact a member of our team to begin the returns process.

This policy strictly excludes items to which a discount code has been applied, sale items, and items made-to-order or customized in any way.

Purchases made at Butler Hill & Co retailers, are subject to the return policies and procedures of that vendor and will not be accepted for return in person.

Butler Hill & Co cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we require returning the parcel using tracking.

With a store credit, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.
